incorrect minor numbers for cyclades

hi,

according to ...linux/Documentation/devices.txt, the minor number
for the cyclades cards start at 0 after a particular kernel.
this seems to be wrong. the minor numbers still start at 32,
at least with the kernel I'm using on that particular machine (1.3.94)
