while updating the file Documentation/Configure.help, I found that
there are some options that I don't have a clue about. Specifically:
* all the new ATARI options
* 'allow DISCONNECT' for NCR53C7 SCSI controllers. What is this good
for, why would I want it, or why not?
* 'Keepalive and linefill' for SLIP: what is RELCOM, and does this
option only work if supported at the other end?
* 'WIC (Radio IP bridge)': Any pointers to what this is?
