I prefer the "penguin with an attitude". How can we work the gashed teeth
into this picture?

Anybody done any serious looking at Japanese animation ? It's sufficiently
different to be distinctive & stylish.

Maybe a penguin done in the Japanese style can have the right amount of
"I'm cute and cuddly" mixed with "I'm going to crush Windows and Bill Gates'
evil empire out of existence".
