Got the FULL source each time from...

The kernel built fine, also with an Adaptec SCSI, but when
trying to compile a SCSI tape utility the file was missing!

Have a look at /usr/include/linux, the file is missing on
two different machines here. On a machine running 1.3.97
it is there.
