I can. It duplicates existing functionality---the existing functionality
being the very newsgroup you have cited as having fewer articles. Your
argument suggests strongly that linux-kernel and the echoing
special-distribution newsgroups should all be abolished, and that traffic
should be allowed to flow to the comp.os.linux.development.system usenet
newsgroup.
