If I remember correctly from the 1.2/1.3 release, 1.3 didn't start until about
patch 1.2.3 or 4. Besides, with Linus taking a couple of weeks off, he'll
probably work in his 'IN' box when he gets back, release a couple of patches to
2.0 and then start 2.1.
