With kernel 2.0.2, xterms are sometimes killed by kernel oopses, but
this versions works pretty well for me. I'm using XFree86 3.1.2E.
But with 2.0.6, an oops in the IDE code crashes the machine totally. I
saw such behaviour long long ago with pre-1.3.60 kernels and an ATAPI
CD drive. But I haven't any ATAPI CD drive now, only that buggy CMD
640 controller :-(.
Are these problems known, or should I provide additional information?
