2.0.9 breaks ide.c

In kernel 2.0.9, drivers/block/ide.c won't compile unless you define
CONFIG_BLK_DEV_CMD640 in the config file. This is because the
definition of hd_status in the function try_to_identify() has been
placed under #ifdef CONFIG_BLK_DEV_CMD640.
