can't boot

Hi...I'm still having trouble.

I can't boot. I gets as far as to inserting the Ramdisk (I do so) then it says:
RAMDISK: Loading 1440 blocks into RAM disk........................................
done
VFS: Mounted root (minix filesystem)
Jul 31 15:22:05 init[1]: version 2.4 booting
Unknown interrupt
none on /proc type proc (rw)
Jul 31 15:22:05 init[1]: Entering runlevel: 4
then the bastard hangs. REALLY hangs... :~(

Pleeeaaaseee, help me. I want this to work... (yes, I'm sure. :-)
