linux on microchannel?

Hi everybody-
Sorry to bother everyone with this, just a little question.
Does anybody know what the current status is of the linux port
to the microchannel architecture? I can't really find any
current information about it. I thought there was an alpha
release of the port, but I can't find any info about it now.
I have an inherited ps/2 I'd like to give it a try on.
