secam is just another video system, it differs from pal any the way it
encode collors.
to work with arvid you vcr must support any video system with a 50hz
refresh rate. since only the black&white signal is used anything will go
pal, secam, mesecam, french secam, anything i forgot of? :)
so if your vcr is able to record and playback in pal, it should work with
arvid.
