Well from the comments in the source that it'll find all ISA cards, I'd
assume it does. It seems to me that this is the problem, combined with
ifconfig not reporting interfaces that are down with a plane 'ifconfig'
but I haven't hurd back from Baldur Norddahl about it yet to confirm
that ....
