bug in make menuconfig

install 2.0.29
make menuconfig
deactivate loadable module support
now the dummy device cannot be disabled. it is always [*]
activate loadable module support
deactivate the dummy device
deactivate loadable module support
the dummy device can now be switched between [*] and [ ]

i think, configs that are set to [M]
cannot be turned off, once module support is disabled.

anyone fix this ??? ;)
