No, but it seems to frequently take weekends off. It's unreliable
as hell, but it's not dead.
I'd like to state that it isn't in anyway due to vger itself, there is
extremely heavy usage going over the pipes that rutgers has right now
to the outside world. We have a decent amount of bandwidth, but it is
all sucked up, mostly by people sending large amounts of data
constantly to the various supercomputing centers around the world.
When I go to the basement where most of the main rutgers routers are,
the collision light on the main switch to the outside world is
constantly on...
