Netstat -> Out of memory

netstat -c make my system run out of memory.

kernel 2.0.29
HiSax 2.0 + patch1 + patch2
ReHat 4.1 -> net-tools-1.32.alpha

After a few hours netstat has eaten all memory and I start getting:
"Unable to load interpreter"
"Out of memory"
"Can't find /lib/libc.5.0"

It looks like a bug in netstat.
