Linus thought the NO_ATIME fix in there was unclean, I agreed with
him, the way it is done in 2.1.x is much saner so I will try and get
that version of the changes backported.

All of the networking fixes/enhancements in the ISS and
pre-patch-2.0.30-*.gz diffs I released are in the real linux-2.0.30.
