can't compile linux 2.0.30 on alpha

Hi,

I'm compiling Linux 2.0.30 (or trying to at least) on the Alpha under
Red Hat 4.0 and it's complaing about how it can't find
linux/timespecbits.h from /urs/include/timespec.h. Do I need to replcae
/urs/include/timespec.h or do something else?
