We can't stop new drivers from happening. In the commercial market place,
drivers are done by separate entities and then bundle or not. The result
is often less than appropriate. If we unbundle the kernel per see from the
driver section (I am not advocating for that), we would have less kernel
releases, an higher level of incompatibilities, and worst, an incredible
amount of confusion, resulting in the same game as DOS where people try
various version of a driver until something ... happen (Black magic).
