To get my Epson EPL7000 to work, I had to set the computer BIOS to
"compatible", instead of [whatever the "modern" options are]. Also, I get
a page with one character on it every time I print (probably from the
module initialization). That's with pre-2.1.37-7. My machines at home,
so ask if you want more details.
