Couple things I hope for future 2.1.x releases:
(this is just stuff that I know is out there, but I think
really should be stuck in the standard kernel soon)

New sound drivers (the new beta, etc, etc)
Pentium memcpy (makes huge difference on my machine)
K5/K6/Cyrix cpu support (for cpuinfo and other goodies)
binfmt-misc
NTFS support
Joliet CD-ROM support

Spice Girls? Isn't that on cable or something?
Intel should patent the bugs in their CPUs.
