pre2.0.31-2: minor sets of patches

A few patches for 2.0.30 that are candidates for 2.0.31. See
ftp://ftp.varesearch.com/pub/kernel/linux2.0.30-gcc2.7.2-5. These
mostly tie off some loose ends.

3c59x.patch.gz
Includes Chris Evans' 3c59x.c, which is already in pre-patch-2,
but also includes cleanup patches for pci.c, pci.h, and Config.in.

Configure.patch.gz
Menconfig.patch
Patches for Configure and Menuconfig posted earlier.

aic7xxx.patch.gz
Dan Eischen's Jun 2 Adaptec driver release plus updates for
Makefile, Config.in, and Configure.help

eepro100.patch.gz
Don Becker's EEPro100 driver plus Makefile, Space.c, and Config.in
patches. I sure would like to see this go into 2.0.31. I'm
getting 2 to 3 emails a day about this driver. I lot of people
seem to be using Intel's Providence board with this chip built
in.
