EXT2-fs error (device 02:00): ext2_find_entry: bad entry in directory #2:
inode out of bounds - offset=44, inode=6145, rec_len=16, name_len=6
whenever I try to create a file. I've got whole logs full of these.
The second problem I noticed when I did the following
umount /boot (this is a small partition where lilo files reside)
mount /mnt/fd0 (this is a newly created ext2 filesystem)
cd /mnt/fd0 ; ls
when I do this the ls produces a listing that instead of showing a blank
directory instead shows the contents of /boot. And, the contents are
still available since I am able to copy files out of the "floppy" so
another partition. What's going on here?
