2.0.31-3 still has the broken Vortex driver in. 2.0.31-2 used
"3c59x.c:v0.31 12/23/96 becker@cesdis.gsfc.nasa.gov", which appeared to
work (as far as I could determine from the absence of bug reports,
at least).
