some 2.0.31-pre6 build problems

I build practically everything as a module, just so I do not need to
do it later when I need something.

1) g_NCR5800.c is missind a definition for 'dev'.

2) Some unresolved module symbols:

*** Unresolved symbols in module /lib/modules/current/scsi/g_NCR5380.o
scsi_device_types
*** Unresolved symbols in module /lib/modules/current/scsi/wd7000.o
scsi_device_types
*** Unresolved symbols in module /lib/modules/current/misc/scc.o
ax25_rebuild_header
ax25_encapsulate

3) the drivers/isdn/Config.in is very unclear, in two ways:
- it does not indent the HiSax options from the module selection
- it allows selecting both ISA and PCMCIA devices while the driver
does not allow so.

Apart from that it went OK. I will now see how it goes on our PPro SMP
setup...
