I'm still getting solid freezes with Linus-pre-2.0.31-6 &
SW raid145-0.36.3-2.0.30+raid145-970721-2.0.30.
Since they are solid freezes, I cannot determine the cause.
I was getting these before ncmspool (something that uses PGP),
but after installing the RAID SW patches & upgrading to the 2.0.31
series & installing initrd. 2.0.29 almost never crashes, but does
here and there, also solid. I think it may be SW-RAID related, but
since it exhibits when I upgrade to any 2.0.31 or 2.0.30 version,
I have a large feeling that it is a non-RAID related bug (as well?)
I have not yet had the time to try to reproduce the crashes, and to
isolate the patch that causes them. I know that is the approach needed.
But if SW-RAID has ideas, please let me know and I'll fiddle/upgrade/etc.
I was getting crashes in 2.0.30 before SW-RAID, but forget if they
were solid; I think so.
