pre-2.0.31-7: aic7xxx configure.help missing

Hello.

I noticed a minor problem in pre-2.0.31-7.
Documentation/Configure.help is missing the new options for the
aic7xxx driver. As the changes were already posted on the list i
don't include a patch here.
