nfs client. Error 111 on mount.

At least on my system the cause of the RPC errors was disgustingly obvious.

rc.inet2 was mounting the nfs file systems BEFORE portmap started.

A quick edit and all is fine.
For some reason the 2.0 kernels bypassed this problem, which actually seems
more like a bug than now than the fact that the 2.1 kernels had problems.

Now to apply Bills nfs patches once more.
