Dear Linux Kernel hackers,
as my previous related patch didn't make it into the mainstream kernel,
here is yet another version of my ufs patch.

* it cleans the byteswap code in ufs
* it solves AGAIN the same bugs in the read-only ufs that I solved before,
i.e. ufs of different bytesex can be simultaneously mounted w/o
crashing the kernel.
* it makes ufs compile again (it didn't anymore)
* this patch is now independent from the byteorder patch,
since that 2.1.x has decent byteorder primitives
* as usual, it is on
http://www.eleves.ens.fr:8080/home/rideau/files/ufs-2.1.57.patch.gz

PS:
* I have modified the byteorder-2.1.57.patch.gz since my previous
announce, so it now works.
* maybe I didn't upgrade something I should (gcc 2.7.2.1, pppd 2.2.0f),
but I cannot do networking in 2.1.57 (tried with PLIP & PPP).
I can connect and ifconfig, but no packet makes it through.
and no, even w/o my patches, I have the problem :(

PPS:
* Linus, I see you recover well from SOSP16.
Say hello to your wife and daughter from me.
* Davem, this might help or not with Linux/Sparc.
