I'm afraid "a IBM sales rep" is to small to bother to ask (if the overall
revenue is less than, say, 1M USD). Things like that are usually decided
by higher product marketing folks in the U.S. who tend to not answer
e-mails sent by, may I say, IBMers. :-(
