2.1.6x: umount: /proc: device is busy message at shutdown

Since 2.1.6x, I get the message
umount: /proc: device is buy
at shutdown.

System is Am586DX5/133 with RedHat 4.2 & Things req. from
Documentation/Changes.

With 2.1.5x and 2.0.31, this does not appear.
any idea?
