Strange thing in the patch.

Machine 200Mhz Pentium MMX based on RedHat 4.2

Haphazardly compiled 2.1.63 kernel (I didn't bother setting anything I just
did an oldconfig with no .config)

It works!, sort of. With klogd not running it prevents the lock every time.
With klogd running, after running the pentium killing program, the debug message
is printed out but it doesn't go on to say core dump as it was before. The
machine is not totally locked, I can still use the x-scroll-lock keys and get
info as well as change vc's but nothing works. Just thought that this might
help.

I do have to say excellent job to everyone who contributed.

Is this going to be back ported to 2.0.32? That would make quit a release.
