Apache seg-faults

Been soooo busy testing the F00F stuff. Now I notice that Apache_1.3a1
seg-faults upon startup with Linux V2.1.63. I rebuilt it from sources
and it does the same thing. BTW I have an older version, built with
an old version of the 'C' runtime library. It does not seg-fault.
The new version was built with glibc-2.0.5 and worked before the new
kernel was used.
The glibc-2.0.5 version of Apache_1.3a1 runs when I boot V2.1.60, but
not V2.1.63 (with the extra patches).
Was there some mm stuff done?
