[q]Stack Non-executable path for kernel.

Hello People,
It may sound like a silly question..anyway. I have heard kernel 2.0.33
realized? i wonder does it have stack non-execuble function (feature?
possibility? loss?) in it? i checked www.linuxhq.com where newer versions
of kernels are covered, but didn't find mention there.

If it is not included there, then i have 2 questions:
1. What linux patched kernel would lack having stack non-executable
feature in it. Benefits are obvious : security.( I would be surprised if
some codes would deliberatly execute code in stack. except exploits of
course).
2. Where could get this patch ( i tried to make searches for stack
non-executable patch on sunsite and other places but failed).
