missing ip_alias in 2.1.76

ip_alias is not in 2.1.76.

Iīve looked for it in the kernel sources and in the documentation, but
it is not there.

And I canīt configure an aliased interface (e.g. eth0:0).

I know thereīs the dummy module, but what has happened to ip aliasing?
