Well, I hope the maintainer of fbmem.c is aware of the possible
problem.

Back to the sound driver, I have some pending patches, mainly
for mad16/ad1848/82C930 which I try to push (not too hard I admit).
I do not want to make anything which conflicts with other work
on the sound driver (mainly the excellent work of Thomas Sailer).
Files modified files are ad1848.c, ad1848_mixer.h, mad16.c,
sound_calls.h
and possibly very little changes in other places.
The change to ad1848_mixer.h is independent ant I already sent it
to the mailing list last Saturday but got zero response.
Thomas, Are you planning more changes to the sound driver?
Alan, Linus, If Thomas' changes re planned for integration to
a near "formal" kernel then it may be better that I wait. What
are the plans?
