Well, after all, I'm going to order the P6DLS, first, because it won't
be used as a server, is just a silly whim; and second, because I will get it
really cheap :)
Now, I have to said that after visiting aic7xxx drivers home page
at dialnet, I agree totally with Doug Ledford, I just can't understand why
his latest drivers (5.0.4) are not included in the development series, in
the kernel 2.1.85 aic7xxx version is 3.2 !, well, it's normal than people
don't trust in adaptec drivers if they have a version not updated during a
year..., the only problem is that the patches are against 2.0.33, and it
may be no easy to port them to the 2.1.x series, (with all that irq,
spinlock, etc improvements )
