soundconfig patch to 2.1.85

I noticed that the sound drivers are configured with options such as
PAS_DMA, PSS_BOOT_FILE and SBC_IRQ. Unfortunately, the checkconfig script
doesn't detect problems related to these because their names do not begin
with CONFIG_. It would also be easier for the casual reader to see where
these are set, were they named in the same way as the configuration
options for the rest of the kernel. I asked Michael Chastain about this,
and he said such names were a problem for Smart Config as well.
I've made a patch to 2.1.85 which prepends CONFIG_ to these names. It's
available at http://jpj.net/~trevor/linux/soundconfig-2.1.85.diff.gz.bin
for your review.
