Linux Installation

I have recently purchased a Dell Intel 266 MHz Pentium II based system with
pre-installed Windows95.

Configuration of my PC:
128 MB RAM
6.4 GB EIDE Hard Disk and CD-ROM drive
US Robotics Voice Faxmodem Internal Modem
STB Velocity nVidia 4MB AGP Video Card
Yamaha Integrated Wavetable Sound Card

I am interested in installing Linux from Redhat (Redhat 5.0) on this PC
alongwith the Windows 95. I am intersted in knowing what are the issues
involved in such a dual-boot configuration. Will it be possible for me to
install Linux alongwith Windows95. Will there be any PnP related issues coming
up with the above peripherials?

I would appreciate if someone can help me to get information on this.
