ioctl call that the INET socket can not handle itself. This revealed a
weakness of dev_ioctl(), which does not look at the ioctl _before_
assuming that it can handle it, and it can load the adequate device
module."
As my patch is still in 2.1.86, is it definitely _not_ the same bug, but
probably another revealed weakness.

Please make all what you can to reproduce it. If you manage to reproduce
