.90 + SMP + Buslogic -> Death

After taking a look at the 2.1.90 patch.. It look like Ingo's
cli->spinlock change in scsi might be causing the deadlocks..

I dont see a problem there.. All of the replacements look okay..
But I know little about spinlocks.. :(

Again (for those who missed it the first time):
Tyan IIID (With two 166mmxes)
64megs ram
Buslogic BT-958

The computer seems to go dead while not in use.. All of the pre-90s were
affected as wells as 2.1.90.. 2.1.87 was okay in this regard..
