This is a 100% safe patch - it doesn't touch one line of code :) It
clears out my own list of documentation updates and typo fixes.

Errr.... not so fast. It's perhaps "safe", but I do object to the
wholesale replacement of the word "deprecated" with "depreciated".
Deprecate is a real word, and it means something quite different from
depreciate:

dep.re.cate \'dep-ri-.ka-t\ \-in-le-\ \.dep-ri-'ka--sh*n\ vt [L deprecatus,
pp. of deprecari to avert by prayer, fr. de- +] precari to pray 1: to
express disapproval of 2: DEPRECIATE - dep.re.cat.ing.ly av -
dep.re.ca.tion n

de.pre.ci.ate \di-'pre--she--.a-t\ \-in-le-\ \-.a-t-*r\ vb [LL depretiatus,
pp. of depretiare, fr. L de- + pretium] price - more at PRICE 1: to lower
the price or estimated value of 2: to represent as of little value :
DISPARAGE : to fall in value - de.pre.ci.at.ing.ly av - de.pre.ci.a.tor n

Out of curiosity, what did you do? Run ispell on the .c files? :-)
