3c509 module

I done someting like this on one machine:
modprobe eata
modprobe 3c509
end eata takes irq 10...
3c509 was detected by plug&pray with irq 11...
but...
it took irq 10...
2 modules was on 1 irq
I don't have time now to check, but I think, that there is no checking for
that in 3c509 module
(I tryed to insmod 3c509 first and then eata, and eata detected that
some device is using this irq)
If some problems like this are present in 2.0...there might be some
security problems....(anyone can load modules with ifconfig)
