To be honest, I'd prefer not to restore this functionality,
because there are not so much of people who really used it.
If you will find the place in kernel, where this message is printed
and look at ifdefed code above, you will understand why I dislike it.
Please, use iproute2 utility from ftp.inr.ac.ru/ip-routing.
