new kmod available

I just put up a new kmod on http://athena.res.cmu.edu/kmod/
kmod.c.v7 fixes that problem I noticed with ifconfig - namely it forces
the signal to go through with force_sig rather than send_sig. I also
stuck in some configurable debug systems.
Anyway, this is getting really, really close to the finished product - so
please test it, especially if you're on a non-intel platform.
