[OFFTOPIC?] noatime speeds up Netscape

I got the new mount (2.7l) and got noatime working on my 2.0.33 machines.
It seems to seignificantly sped up Netscape load time. I would guess that
Netscape does an integrity check of the cache before starting up, and that
caused alot of touching here and there. Now, when Netscape's in disk
cache, it pops up in about 1 second on my P233MMX.

Another note, "noatime" is now a feature that's going to be included in
Solaris 2.7 as a mount option. They said that the workaround for noatime
is to set the sticky bit on the file, so that the flags wouldn't be
updated (synchronously?). FWIW.
