Hmm... The next patch looks like a unified diff to me...
The text leading up to this was:
--------------------------
|diff -u --recursive --new-file v2.1.96/linux/arch/ppc/kernel/pci-bridge.c linux/arch/ppc/kernel/pci-bridge.c
|--- v2.1.96/linux/arch/ppc/kernel/pci-bridge.c Sat Aug 16 09:51:08 1997
|+++ linux/arch/ppc/kernel/pci-bridge.c Wed Dec 31 16:00:00 1969
--------------------------
File to patch:
All the previous sections went through fine. What do I do?
One more question. I presume the 2.1.97 patch is used to fix breaks in
2.1.97 and not upgrade 2.1.96 to 2.1.97?
Thanks,
Robert (Still Learning) Harris
