I never had any problems with the Dawicontrol, but now it even fails to
boot (the kernel freezes while checking for scsi-Devices).
Loading the driver as a module produces the same result: the system is
freezing.
My configuration:
Asus TX97 / K5 / 2*IBM DPES 21080 / 8Plex and 12/20Plex CD-Rom-Drives.
The problems occured in Kernel V2.1.97 and are unchanged in 2.1.98.
Currently, I am still using 2.1.89 :)
