Now I can get the more than 30 fps video images (16bpp@640x480) into
the memory by mmap. I use PentiumII 300MHz PC with Bt848 Video Capture
Card.

BTW, I must call ioctl() with VIDIOCSFBUF before VIDIOCMCAPTURE.
I think that calling VIDIOCSFBUF is not necessary for using mmap.
