There's not really a need, as any glibc2 library (AFAIK) will work with
the kernel. On the other hand, if I add that in, I can guarantee you
that at least 10 people within the next week (people actually do read
Documentation/Changes, contrary to what all the questions on
linux-kernel might suggest ;-) will parse that as stating that they
*have* to upgrade to glibc2.
