2.1.103: ALS100 soundcard mis-recognised as ALS007

I have an ALS100 SB16 compatible soundcard, which works fine under
2.0.32.

Both 2.1.93 and 2.1.103 seem to think its an ALS007 however:

<Sound Blaster (ALS-007) (4.2)> at 0x220 irq 7 dma 1,5

The effect of this is that the mixer device has no effect on the
sound. It's still perfectly able to generate sound using /dev/dsp,
but xmixer has no effect on volume.
